How are false alarms handled?
Our three-layer detection architecture is designed to remove false alarms before they reach a person. Light flicker, weather events and ambient movement are filtered at the data center. Events our team reviews and finds harmless are documented but do not trigger escalation, so your contacts are not flooded with calls.
Is there a limit on how many events you will monitor each month?
No. Unlike many monitoring providers that cap the number of events included in a service period, VDS places no limit on monitored events.
Can I watch my own cameras?
Yes. You have access to live video streams from your property and to recorded footage.
